My good friend Melanie Vayda was so awesome, to not just come out to the art show last weekend, but to photograph the entire thing!  I couldn't be happier.  She's an excellent photographer, and I'm so lucky to be able to share her photos of my work, and the show.

Wow.  The art show at the Origins Gallery out in Stroudsburg PA was such an amazing night.  I was completely overwhelmed by such an incredible response.  It is truly a surreal experience watching a room full of people look at your work, photograph it, and say so many wonderful things.  I'm still reeling.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone over at Origins Gallery for putting on this show, and giving me this chance to show my work in person for the 1st time.  Jody, Marty, and Diana were just incredible and I can't thank them enough for making this happen.  Thank you to all my friends and family who came out to support me on this, provided last minute help (and whiskey!) and just made this night so fantastic.  Thank you to all the other artists who shared their work for this show, and were so welcoming. And thank you to everyone else who came and checked out my stuff for the 1st time!  I hope you enjoyed it.

But finally, I wanted to thank Tim Nebel, for getting me to do this show with him, and for so generously sharing the limelight for this event.  His work is amazing, and it was such a pleasure for me to see so much of it all together last night.

The show will continue to run throughout the week, at Origins Gallery, 580 Main St in Stroudsburg PA, and will be open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-6 PM.

Way too long between updates, but oh how I've been busy.  And have so much fun news to share.

So, I'll start with the most exciting.  As I mentioned last post, I'll be taking part in the amazing Ghosts, Ghouls, and Girls art show at the Origins Gallery in Stroudsburg PA. I write this after finally getting the 1st good night sleep in a week, but I finally finished my 1st art book, which will be available to buy at the show!

Featuring some great pictures of the 8 figures I'll have there, I couldn't be more proud and excited.  So, if you're anywhere in the Stroudsburg PA area, come out on October 22nd, check out a bunch of great art, and maybe pick up a copy.

I have a bunch of new projects in the works that I'm dying to get up on the site.   Lots of new ideas coming together for the House of Seasons story and for anyone paying close attention, you'll see over the next week or 2 some changes throughout the site, as a ton of characters get updated names, that I think are a better fit.  Old characters have under gone some big updates, and others finally finished. And I have 3 new figures in the works, done in a much more realistic style, as opposed to the highly stylized House of Seasons figures, that I've just been referring to as the apocalypse girls.

So stick around.  We're just picking up speed.
